Big Brother International Rules

GAME LAYOUT
This game will move at a quick pace, with each round lasting around 5-6 days. The cast will be picked and revealed around the first week of August and the game will start around then as well. The game is projected to end around the second week in October.

All twists and challenges in this game have been pre-planned and are already completed. As hosts, Mak and Scott have the final say and whatever they say goes. If you have an issue with the way we are hosting, please bring it up with us in a polite way. We will not respond if attacked and criticized.

ALIAS GAME
An alias game means that you will play under a fake screen name. Anonymity is vital. You must not reveal yourself to anyone in the game. If you have tells that give you away, that is your own fault. But in order for the game to be like the real Big Brother, I want it to appear as though you are strangers. You will be contacted by me to make your alias screen name.

If you absolutely, 100% do not want to be an alias, your chances of making it into the game will be hindered.

COMPETITIONS
There will be two types of competitions in this game: Head of Household and the Power of Veto.

Head of Household
HOH competitions will be at the beginning of the round and the winner will become the Head of House and have the responsibility of nominating two other players for eviction. The HOH will also have the responsibility of making a replacemnt nominee if the power of veto is used. An HOH is inelligible to compete in the next HOH competition, up until the final four. For all challenges (except live challenges) houseguests will have a minimum of 24 hours to complete the challenge.

Power of Veto
The other competition with be the Power of Veto. There is no garuntee what level of veto each competition will be but only on rare occasions will it not be the Golden Power of Veto. The Golden Power of Veto allows the holder to veto one of the HOH's nominations if he/she chooses. Nominees are allowed to remove themselves. Only six people will play in veto competitions. The HOH, two nominees, and three people chosen by those participants. (The HOH will choose someone to play as will the nominees and HOH). This process is smiliar to how it was on the CBS show in seasons 5 and 6.

Live Challenges
There are quite a few live challenges planned for the game. They will take place over AIM through a chat. These challenges should not take any longer than an hour and a half (at most.) Attendence for live challenges is not mandatory but I will try to always find a time that works for everyone.

CEREMONIES
There are three ceremonies in this game, a nomination ceremony, a veto ceremony and an eviction ceremony.

Nomination Ceremony
After the HOH is declared, they will have 24hrs to PM both hosts their nominations. Scott will then post their nominations in the nomination ceremony forum. HOHs give the list of player's name in the game is list form as it the keys were really being drawn from the box. The two people without a key will then be nominated. The HOH should also include reasoning as to why the two people are nominated.

Veto Ceremony
After the winner of the Power of Veto is decided, the winner will have 24 hrs to post their decision as to what they are doing with the veto in the ceremony thread Mak or Scott will make in the Veto Ceremony board. If a nominee is removed the HOH will then have to make a replacement nomination. The holder of the Power of Veto and the veto'd nominee are immune from being replaced.

Eviction Ceremony
After the final nominees for the week have been decided, the eviction ceremony will begin. Once the thread has been made, houseguests will have 24 hours to cast their votes to evict in a thread in their confessional. While everyone is voting, the two nominees will have their chance to make their final pleas to stay in the thread.

Once all the votes are in the eviction results will be announced. The person with the majority of votes to evict will then be evicted from the game, never to return.

EPISODES
It is a host's dream to write episodes for their series. There are no promises at this point in time, but episodes will be worked on. It is just the matter of them being complete. Confessionals will be opened at the end of the game even if episodes are being worked on.

CONFESSIONALS
It is REQUIRED to post confessionals every round. Bottom line. If a houseguest does not post a confessional at least once a round, they will be unable to compete in the next HOH challenge.

A round consists of the time when a new HOH is crowned and when a houseguest is evicted. There should be at least three posts a wround in everyone's confessional, maybe more.

It is not required for conversations to be posted but since there might be episodes for the season, conversations would be nice. However, posting conversations does not count for your confessionals for the week. If you do post conversations, make sure you turn timestamps off.

If your confessionals are a tad short, not every informative or I love them and want to know more, the hosts will post some questions. Please answer these questions. =)

FINAL WORDS
After you have been evicted, I will post some interview questions in your confessional for you. You will also need to post your final words so that they may be put on the website after the game.
